The Blue RecycleFIRST bins should be placed at the curb by 7 am. Cardboard can be placed under the bin. Additional bins can be used. Newspapers can be in a bag next to the bin. Please make sure that items that can blow away are weighted down so that trash does not blow all around the neighborhood. |
